New year, New News!

First off, we want to take a moment to wish a belated happy Independence Day to the country of Haiti. Its been over 200 years of independence and Haiti continues to show more strength and resiliency than ever. Though protest have calmed since the fall, the people of Haiti continue to fight for their rights to a fair, just government.

Meanwhile on the farm, our team has been very busy!

As mentioned in our last blog, black beans were planted about one month ago. Everything is looking great and, in just a couple more months, we will be able to share the black beans with the community. We will also begin harvesting moringa leaves soon that we can also share and cook with.
